Programming Experience

I have taken a great interest in computer science before I even knew there was a field called computer science. I wrote my first program in 4th grade using Microsoft Batch on a Windows XP (unless you consider PowerPoint a programming language, in which case I started in my second grade), and my first GUI program in 5th grade with PC LOGO. Ever since, I have been reading coding-related books in my own time. As I grew older, I gained the ability to understand more complex logic and maths, and started to look for ways to Iearn more about the mesmerizing world of computers. Over the years in high school, I have taken many online courses on the MOOC platforms; some succeeded (listed below), some failed. To my deepest gratefulness, my high school offers a program named Directed Study, in which a student can design and complete, under the supervision of a faculty advisor, new courses that don't already exist in the course catalog. This is how I managed to have courses such as cryptography and number theory listed on my high school transcript. Still, in some sense, I have not taken any formal CS courses until college, and have yet to experience any in-person CS lecture thanks to covid. So, here's a short list of my programming experience. It is by no means thorough or complete, but will nevertheless grow over time.
